Access and security
An owner adds team members under School360 team (they create a normal School360 account first). Sign in with your email and password.
Two-step sign-in is optional: turn it on under My security by scanning a QR code with an authenticator app. You'll then enter a 6-digit code each time you sign in.
Dashboard and revenue
Dashboard: schools, paying schools, MRR, students and parent links, new schools and revenue per month, Needs attention (verification, overdue invoices, transport checks, tickets, incidents), schools by plan and the latest schools.
Revenue: MRR, ARR, collections over 12 months, MRR by plan, trials ending this week and the latest payments.
Schools
Filter by verification queue, trial, paying, overdue, restricted or unverified, or search by name. Open a school for its profile, documents (verify or reject), subscription and invoices (record a bank transfer, extend a trial), access (active, read-only, suspended, always with a reason), directory featuring, recent activity and tickets.
Billing
Invoices & payments: open, overdue, paid and void invoices, with Mark paid for bank transfers (enter the bank reference). Plans & offers: plan prices, offer codes (create, switch on or off) and the billing rules.
Users and team
Users: find anyone by name, email or phone and see their schools, roles, children, driver or operator status. Suspend or restore someone in every school (sign-in accounts themselves are shared and aren't blocked). School360 team: add, suspend or restore team members and their roles.
Transport
Verification: operators, drivers and vehicles with their documents (open, approve or reject). Trips & incidents: today's trips across every operator, incidents to investigate and resolve, operator settlements.
Operations
Support tickets (reply, internal notes, status), Directory (feature or unlist schools), Audit log (every Super Admin action) and System health (which integrations are connected, database status, version).
