One account
Use the same email and password in every School360 app. A teacher who is also a parent sees both: their school's dashboard and their children.
Passwords
Every password field has an eye button to show or hide what you type. Forgot your password? Message School360 on WhatsApp for now; email resets are coming.
Light and dark
Choose light, dark or match your device: in the top bar on a computer, inside the ☰ menu on a phone (Profile tab in the parent app), and in the phone apps' settings. Your choice is remembered on that device.
Privacy
Each school's records are kept separate. Staff see only what their role allows, parents only their own children (after a school-issued code), and drivers only the first name and stop of the children on their current trip.
