Sign in, then register your business (name, type, CAC number, phone, email). The overview shows your vehicles, drivers, today's trips and bookings, plus a verification checklist.
Vehicles and drivers
Add each vehicle with its insurance and roadworthiness dates and upload its documents. Drivers apply in the Driver app; add them to your business with the email they signed up with.
Routes and schedules
Create a route, add its stops in order (with map coordinates), then schedules: direction, school days, departure time, vehicle, driver and fare. Offer the route to a school by its address; it appears to that school's parents once the school approves it.
Bookings and trips
Accept bookings from parents. Each morning School360 creates the day's trips from confirmed bookings and gives them to your drivers. Watch today's trips and open incidents from your overview.
