Apply to drive
- 1Open the School360 Driver app and tap New driver. Enter your name, phone, email and a password.
- 2Fill in the six short steps: about you, licence, emergency contact, the days and areas you can drive, the account you're paid into, and the safety checks.
- 3Accept the checks and submit.

A checklist shows what's done: application, documents, background and safeguarding check, safety training, verification, and joining an operator (your operator adds you with your email). Pull down to refresh.

Upload a clear photo or PDF of your licence, ID card, a face photo and a police report (medical and training certificate are optional). Each shows Pending, Approved or Rejected. An expired licence stops trips automatically, so upload renewals in good time.

Switch yourself available or off duty, see licence warnings, your next trip and all of today's trips.
Running a trip
- 1Open the trip and tap Start trip. Your location is shared with parents and your operator only while the trip runs.
- 2Go stop by stop (Directions opens your maps app). For each child, enter the 4-digit PIN the parent shows you and tap Picked up, or Not at stop.
- 3At school, tap Handed to school staff for each child. On the way home, tap Handed to parent; the parent confirms in their app.
- 4Tap Complete trip. It only completes when every child on board has been handed over.
Something wrong? Use Report an incident on the trip: choose how serious it is and describe it. Your operator and School360 are alerted. For an emergency, call 112 from the same card.

Trips: the last 30 days with totals. Account: your details, appearance, WhatsApp support and Sign out.
