Link your child
Home → Link a child
- 1Your child's school gives you a link code by SMS, email or on paper (it looks like K7QM-2XPA).
- 2Enter the code, choose whether you're the mother, father or guardian, and tap Link child.
- 3If the code came to the phone or email the school has for you, your child appears at once. Otherwise the school confirms it first.
Nobody can reach a child's records by name or admission number. A code from the school is always needed.

A card for each child (tap it for everything about that child), the Link a child box, your admission applications and the latest updates (results published, fee reminders, absences, notices).
Your child's page
Fees: each invoice with its balance and how to pay. Results: published results with averages, positions, comments and subject totals, plus the full report card to print or save. Attendance: recent days and absences, and a form to tell the school when your child will be away. School notices.
Paying school fees
Each invoice shows the school's bank account. Pay by transfer using the invoice number and your child's name as the narration. The school records it and your receipt appears in the app.
Online card and USSD payment appears here automatically once your school switches it on. School360 never charges parents anything.

Find verified routes near you for your child's school, book a one-way, return or regular ride, and see today's boarding PIN. Give the PIN to the driver at pickup; never share it in advance.
